The Small Publishers, Artists & Writers Network (SPAWN) provides information, resources and opportunities for anyone involved in or interested in publishing, whether they are an author, freelance writer, artist or own a publishing company.
Sherry Harris faced her fears when she dared to Skype with classes of elementary school children. They had great questions for her, from who does the covers to how much money do you make. Despite her worries, the visits went smoothly. Six graders can be intimidating! Since they were enrolled in a creative writing class, it’s safe to say, their names will show up on publications in the future.
Bobbi Christmas has more Chicago Manual of Style tips plus two entries from her Bill of Writes. We’ve also added good sites for writers, lists of best selling books and tidbits of news.
